Milford and Pat Tammen opened Tammen Oil in April 1984. It started out as a Phillips 66 gas station and repair shop with 2 bays. Tammen Oil also delivered bulk fuel and gas. Over the years there have been many changes. The orginal building is gone, the gas station has been sold but the repair shop and bulk service remains. A new shop was opened in 2000. There are 7 bays with 2 drive-thru bays over an oil change pit. In 2009 a new addition was added for office space and a showroom for the Husqvarna equipment that is sold and repaired here. Many of the services remain the same as when Tammen Oil opened but many more have been added.
Services include: car and small truck repair, fast lube, tire sales and service, on farm tire repair, bulk fuel and gas delivery, Husqvarna sales and service and many more.
